[Precision Machining Technology Case Study] Hand Wrap

The polishing grits used are #2500 to #60000. After polishing, the tool marks are completely removed and the surface roughness is improved!

We would like to introduce a case study of our precision machining technology for hand wraps. After precision machining, tool marks of a few nanometers are polished by hand, further improving the surface roughness. The polishing grits used range from #2500 to #60000. When comparing the differences before and after polishing, it was observed that while tool marks were slightly visible before polishing, they were completely eliminated after polishing, and the surface roughness was also improved. 【Features】 ■ After precision machining, tool marks of a few nanometers are polished by hand, further enhancing surface roughness. ■ Polishing grits used range from #2500 to #60000. ■ After polishing, tool marks are completely eliminated and surface roughness is improved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
